The Effect of Environmental Consciousness on Environmental Management

The objective of this study was to combine environmental, social, and governance (ESG) theories, namely instrumental, political, integrative, ethical understand whether differences in environmental consciousness managers led different management performance. A questionnaire survey on the Taiwan’s manufacturing firms conducted 261 samples were analyzed. research model investigates relevant relationships among constructs by using a structural equation modeling approach. results indicate that heightened exert positive influence performance, whereas stronger instrumental exerts negative influence. can assist companies scrutinizing effectiveness their measures while also assisting investors identifying with genuine consciousness. findings will do more provide governing agencies reference when formulating regulations.
